Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days to arrive. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

We use USPS as our carrier. It is faster, cheaper and more reliable than its competitors, plus, it delivers on Saturday. Unless you order an over sized item then we ship the most cost effective and fastest way.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S.

We will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 1-2 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

In addition – It is possible you may owe customs taxes or duties to your country once your package is processed thru customs. When applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no way of knowing if or when you will be charged, as these fees are imposed by the receiving country and vary greatly.  For additional information please contact your local postal service and let us know if you have any questions prior to shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Breez will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

Bamboo fabric can be delicate. We recommend washing your BabyBreez LUXIE® garment inside out with the zipper completely closed to preserve the fabric integrity and prevent pilling. We also recommend machine washing with cold water and use hang/flat drying techniques. Many of our customers use cleaners/detergents like Dreft, Woolite, or Free & Clear.

Our garments fit true to size, but do tend to be longer than other brands.

They are made to stretch.

If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing using our chart to ensure a snug fit.

Our clothing tends to run slightly large, so if your child is between sizes or small for their age, we suggest you order a size down. Because our clothing can be considered sleepwear it is made to fit snug. It is super, soft stretchy and breathable, which helps with fit. For all other sizes, please see our detailed size chart.

All of our onepiece romper sizes from Newborn - 5T have both mitten and footie cuffs built into the design.

While we can not guarantee a perfect fit; our 2T, 3T, 4T & 5T sizes do stretch a generous amount. Please review our sizing chart for details and measurements.

If you are looking for the absolute softest touch and feel, we would recommend one of our solid colors.  Our heathered and print designs have different variations which cause them to have a bit more of a textured feel.  That said, all of our products are made with the same high quality blended Bamboo fabric for you and your little ones to enjoy.

We do not treat any of our garments with flame retardant chemicals. All of our sleepwear complies with the “snug fitting” guidelines for products not treated with flame retardant. All Baby Breez Rompers/Sleepers meet Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Safety Requirements.
